What is DueFiler and how is it organised?

DueFiler is one workspace where your firm tracks every client’s due dates, tasks, documents and approvals. Your clients do not need to log in.

What DueFiler does

DueFiler is made for Practising Company Secretary firms. You keep your clients, their due dates, tasks, documents and sign-offs in one place.

Each firm has its own private space. Other firms cannot see your data.

Your clients do not log in to DueFiler. They keep writing to you by email or WhatsApp. Your team then files each message against the right client or task.

The menu on the left

The menu is grouped by the kind of work you do. You see only the items your role allows.

  • Overview — your Dashboard and your Notifications.
  • Compliance Workspace — Clients, Tasks, Approvals, Compliance Calendar, Documents, DSC Management, Director KYC and Reports.
  • Communications — your Inbox for email, and WhatsApp.
  • Expenses & Billing — invoices, quotes and the audit trail.
  • People & Access — users and roles.
  • Billing & Settings — your DueFiler plan and your settings.

A simple daily routine

  • Open Dashboard to see what needs you today.
  • Open Compliance Calendar to see what is overdue or due soon.
  • Open Tasks to work on the tasks given to you.
  • Open Approvals if someone has sent you work to sign off.

Cannot see this on your screen?

  • Everyone can use this. If your screen looks different, ask your Admin.
  • If your firm’s trial has ended, DueFiler is read-only. You can see everything, but you cannot add or change anything.
