• How do I record a DSC and who holds it?Open DSC Management, click New DSC Application and save it. When the certificate arrives, click Record as Issued. Log each handover of the USB token as it happens.
• Why does my task show Blocked because of a DSC?A task that needs a DSC is set to Blocked when its signatory has no valid DSC that can sign. Record a valid certificate and the task returns to its earlier status.
• How do I track DIR-3 KYC for directors?Open Director KYC to see every director with a DIN and the next due date. Use the row menu and Update KYC to record a filing, a DIN status change or a contact change.
