- How do I connect my email to DueFiler?Open the Inbox, click Connect New Email Id, choose your provider and type the email address and password. Gmail needs a 16-character App Password from Google.
- How do I deal with an email message?Open the message and choose one action: Create New Task, Link to Existing Task, or Mark as Irrelevant. You decide each time. DueFiler never does it for you.
- How do I connect WhatsApp Business?Open WhatsApp, click Connect WhatsApp and follow two steps. Your firm’s number must be on the WhatsApp Business app. Then you can chat with clients inside DueFiler.
