How do I sign in and set my password?

Go to duefiler.com, click Sign in, type your Firm ID, then your email or user ID and password. If you have a temporary password, DueFiler asks you to set a new one.

Sign in

  1. Open duefiler.com in your browser and click Sign in.
  2. Type your Firm ID and click Continue. Your Admin can tell you the Firm ID.
  3. Type your Email ID / User ID and your Password.
  4. Click Sign in.

Good to knowTick Remember Me only on your own computer, never on a shared one.

First time, with a temporary password

Your Admin may give you a temporary password. DueFiler asks you to set a new password before you can use the app.

  1. Sign in with the temporary password.
  2. Type your new password on the screen that opens.
  3. Save it. Use this new password from now on.

If you forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Follow the steps on the screen.
Good to knowStill cannot sign in? Ask your Admin to check that your account is active.

Cannot see this on your screen?

  • Everyone can use this. If your screen looks different, ask your Admin.
  • If your firm’s trial has ended, DueFiler is read-only. You can see everything, but you cannot add or change anything.
