How do I take the guided tour?

Click the graduation-cap button at the top of the screen to open the Learning Center. The tours are made for practice and explain each screen step by step.

Start a tour

Click the graduation-cap button at the top right of the screen.
The Learning Center opens. Choose a tour.
Follow the highlighted steps on the screen. Move to the next step when you are ready.

What you will seeThe tour highlights one part of the screen. It tells you why it matters, how to use it and what you get.

Which tours are there?

Getting Started — a quick look around.
Dashboard — your daily view.
Client / Entity Master — adding and managing clients.
Tasks — creating and working on tasks.
Document Templates — templates for your documents.
Document Vault — storing and finding documents.

Good to knowThe tours are made for practice. They are designed not to touch your real clients and tasks.

Cannot see this on your screen?

Everyone can use this. If your screen looks different, ask your Admin.
If your firm’s trial has ended, DueFiler is read-only. You can see everything, but you cannot add or change anything.
