How do I see all clients’ due dates in one place?
Open Compliance Calendar. The four boxes at the top show what is overdue, due soon, due this month and without an owner. Use List or Month view to look closer.
Who can do this: Admin, Partner, Company SecretaryLast checked: 19-10-2026
The four boxes
Click Compliance Calendar in the left menu. Four boxes show your most urgent work. Click a box to see only those items. Click it again to see everything.
- Overdue — open items whose due date has already passed.
- Due in 7 days — open items due within the next seven days.
- Due this month — open items due in the current month.
- Unassigned — open items with nobody responsible.
Find a particular item
Use the search box and the filters. You can filter by client, category, responsible person, track, financial year and due month. Click Clear to remove all filters.
List view and Month view
- List shows the items in order, with the overdue ones first.
- Month shows a calendar. Each day lists what is due. Click a day to see and change those items.
Update an item
- Change the Due Date if the date has moved.
- Choose the Responsible person.
- Change the Track when the work moves: Pending, Marked filed, Waived or N/A.
Good to knowOnly items on Pending count as overdue or due soon. Once you mark an item as filed, it leaves those boxes.
Cannot see this on your screen?
- Your role must be one of these: Admin, Partner, Company Secretary. If it is not, ask your Admin to check your access.
- Compliance Calendar depends on your firm’s plan. If its menu item shows a small lock, your plan does not include it yet. Ask your Admin.
- If your firm’s trial has ended, DueFiler is read-only. You can see everything, but you cannot add or change anything.
