How do I create a client’s compliance calendar?
Open Compliance Calendar, click Create calendar, choose an existing client and type a financial year such as 2026-27. DueFiler then adds all the due dates.
Who can do this: Admin, Partner, Company SecretaryLast checked: 19-10-2026
Create the calendar
- Click Compliance Calendar in the left menu.
- Click Create calendar at the top right of the page.
- Choose one of your existing clients and click Continue.
- You reach that client’s Compliance Calendar tab. Type the financial year in the FY box, for example 2026-27.
- Click Create.
What you will seeDueFiler adds the due dates for that client and year. They also appear on the main Compliance Calendar page.
Good to knowThis does not add a new client or company. You are choosing a client you already have.
The other way
You can also click Clients, open the client and then open its Compliance Calendar tab.
Where do the due dates come from?
DueFiler makes the dates from your firm’s own list of Acts and Rules. Nobody types the dates by hand. If your list changes later, create the calendar again for that year to use the change.
Cannot see this on your screen?
- Your role must be one of these: Admin, Partner, Company Secretary. If it is not, ask your Admin to check your access.
- Compliance Calendar depends on your firm’s plan. If its menu item shows a small lock, your plan does not include it yet. Ask your Admin.
- If your firm’s trial has ended, DueFiler is read-only. You can see everything, but you cannot add or change anything.
