One compliance calendar for every client

DueFiler generates a compliance calendar for each client and financial year, then shows every client’s due dates together in one place — what is overdue, what is due this week, and who is responsible. It is built for Practising Company Secretary firms that today track due dates across Excel sheets and memory.

Why firms use it

  • Generated, not typed. Due dates are produced from your firm’s own register of Acts and Rules for each client and financial year. Nobody types dates in by hand, and every date stays linked to the rule it came from.
  • Overdue first. The firm-wide calendar leads with what is overdue, what is due in the next seven days, what is due this month and what has no owner yet. A month view shows each day’s items at a glance.
  • An owner on every item. Assign a responsible person to each due date, filter by person, and see unassigned items before they become late ones.
  • From due date to task in one click. Turn any calendar item into a real task for that client, carrying over the due date and the responsible person.

How it works

  • Step 1: Choose an existing client and a financial year. Open the client’s Compliance Calendar tab and name the year.
  • Step 2: DueFiler generates the due dates. Every applicable Companies Act, GST and Income-tax obligation is added for that client.
  • Step 3: Track every client in one list. The Compliance Calendar page shows all clients together, as a list or a month view.

Common questions

How are compliance due dates worked out?

DueFiler generates them from your firm’s register of Acts and Rules for each client and financial year. Changing the register never quietly rewrites a calendar you have already generated; you regenerate that year when you are ready.

Can I see every client’s due dates at once?

Yes. The firm-wide Compliance Calendar lists every client’s items together, with filters for client, category, responsible person, status and month, plus a month calendar view.

Can a due date become a task?

Yes. Any calendar item can be turned into a task for that client in one step, and the task keeps the due date and responsible person.
